Crafting quality

The items quality is determined by the average quality of the items varying from -3 to 4 quality maxing at 100.

Vitamins in Food

The base vitamins gained from food can be found in the Crafting Menu. Increasing the quality of your food will increase the vitamins with this formula: base vitamins * sqrt(Food quality)

Weapon Damage

The base damage is shown in the Crafting Menu. Additional damage is earned through the weapons quality. Actual damage is calculated using the formula base dmg + item quality / 10.
