Quality of Items

Weapon Damage

The base damage is shown in the Crafting menu. Additional damage is earned through the weapons quality. Actual damage is calculated using the formula base dmg + item quality / 10. Фактический урон вычисляется по формуле dmg + q/10, где dmg - базовый урон, а q - качество предмета.

Strength of Objects

The steeper the item, the more quality affects strength.

Vitamins in food

More quality - more vitamins. Formula X = C * sqrt (Q) where C is the nutrient content of the product with quality 1, Q is the quality of the product.
