Your personal plot, which you rent from the Empire, can be further improved, fenced, built-up and expanded. The minimum size is 20 * 20 tiles.

Two Stake claimes can not coexist nearby closer than 10 tiles.

Crafting through a branch of crafting Leadership, has no level requirements.

After creating the Stake claim , the first thing on it is to build a respawn in order to be able to return to your own Stake claim.

After raising the status in one of the fractions, if desired, it will be possible to create another Stake claim.
